Pricing
Gold Level -
Initial Interview and meeting -
There is no charge for the initial interview, whether it is at your home or our office. This is our time for getting to know you and understand your project. It is also when we explain our design process, show other projects we've completed and the services we offer so you can make your decision from an informed position. Design solutions are not presented at this time. This meeting typically lasts approximately one hour.
Design Fees and Agreement -
Each project is unique and thus the design fees vary depending on needs, such as work to be involved, and/or amount of customization; however, the minimum design fee is $15,000. All fees are clearly outlined in our letter of agreement, describing the scope of services for the project, and the number of meetings, revisions, selections, etc. that are included for that fee.
Purchasing -
If appropriate to the scope of services we will include a purchasing agreement as part of our letter of agreement The purchase price on all items specified through Sesshu Design Associates will be shown on a proposal including the deposit required; balance is due before delivery.

If any recommended items are purchased through us, those items will be considered a separate agreement and will be subject to our normal terms of procurement.
