The EcoLuxe Design Process is the process we use to guide people through creating their WELL DesignedTM home.
We begin by approaching all projects with an eye towards eco-conscious and healthy choices for interior finishes, fixtures, and furnishings. Once we understand your needs and the project scope, a full design contract is created and approved.
Upon approval of your design selections and concepts, we move into construction documentation. This is the process of detailing the finalized design, so you know exactly what we’re crafting for you. Then, detailed schedules are created listing specifics of finish materials, fixtures, appliances, lighting, plumbing etc. This ensures that there are no questions as to the design intent and assists the contractor / builder in developing the construction budget.
Construction administration and project management meetings are also held at the job site with you and your builder to help ensure that work is progressing on schedule, and as designed.
We oversee the progress of construction, keep you informed and provide any clarifications to the team as they work to build your dream WELL DesignedTM home.
